Our founder, Scott Caito, spent 25 years in executive search helping companies hire extraordinary humans who fit on paper as well as in culture, chemistry, and energy. After more than 10,000 interviews, he developed a rare ability to get people to open up, see their inner world, and understand who they are at their core. His empathy, insight, and intuition helped him learn what motivates people, how they connect, and what makes relationships last.
The turning point came when he realized the clarity and structure he used to build great teams were completely missing from modern dating. In that reflection, he also recognized the many marriages, relationships, unforgettable flings, and hookups he had facilitated simply by putting the right people in the same room.

How much does it cost?
Each client begins with a Human Alignment Session ($295) to ensure focus, fit, and clarity before we begin your search. From here, our programs are tailored individually, from curated introductions to private, concierge-level experiences.
How many introductions should I expect?
It varies by program. Traditional Matchmaking includes up to six introductions, Lifestyle Matchmaking offers up to eight, and VIP clients enjoy unlimited introductions throughout their membership. We prioritize quality over quantity, and every match is intentional, never rushed.
What if I don’t find someone?
We can’t promise love on a schedule, but we promise effort, honesty, and attention. Most clients meet meaningful matches, and every client leaves with greater clarity and confidence. The process itself is transformative.
Is the community inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly?
Yes 100%. We welcome all humans, from heterosexual and LGBTQ+, monogamous and ethically non-monogamous singles and couples exploring unique desires. What unites our community is respect, maturity, and consent.

Do you have a community for non-clients?
Yes. We’re building a private, members-only community where real humans can connect intentionally. Approved members may be considered as potential suitors for our matchmaking clients. There are no guarantees of introductions, contact, or matches, and participation does not include personalized matchmaking services.
